I'm honored to be a guest at the next KLUM House & BYOB (Brave Your Own Business) workshop. I'll be joining Sara Wolf of Wolf Ceramics, Rebecca Pearcy of Queen Bee Creations, and Casey Ridge from Altar Boutique. All of these women are Portland creative mavens that will be sharing their journey into being a women entrepreneur in their selective fields.

I'll be talking about running a boutique design studio and juggling my creative endeavors that I feel are necessary to my spirit as a maker and activist for art and community. I hope you can join me!

We are once again honored to have the work of The Study selected to be featured in a design publication. Print magazine’s Design Annual selected only 5 submissions from Portland to be featured in the Far West category. The work we created for WeMake Celebrates 2014 was chosen. It’s always great to be able to play with and use paper as a way to communicate a story both digitally and in print. Our team designed and built assets for collateral, social media, and a series of stop motion video’s. We loved the results. Thanks Print!

Our Self-Promo Piece was Published in the Second Edition of "Flaunt"

We are excited to be 1 of 18 self-promo pieces published in the new book "Flaunt" by UnderConsideration. This is the second edition of Flaunt and showcases portfolio's, self-promotions, and professional interviews about showing creative work in effective, compelling, and memorable ways. It's an honor to be featured among some very talented folks.

Reaching out to your audience in creative ways helps to stay top of mind in crowded competitions. A leave behind that is memorable, useful or both can be impactful, and is one investment worth doing. The Study has been sending out self-promo's for many years for ourselves, and our clients. This year's paid off with several new business opportunities and collaborations, plus it's always nice to see your work in print.
