German American School of Portland Website

As a private language school, the goal for this site re-design was to create something that was inviting, easy to use, fun, and focused on community. 

The home page engages the visitor to learn more about the German language through the fun word of the day, which are easy to understand in English. 

One of the major hallmarks of the visual style of the site are the ‘peek-a-boo’ photos that serve as rotating background images for top pages.
