INSIGHT: 

Develop a theme for the annual fundraiser that highlights the work and provides a fun experience. 

TASK: 

On a limited budget, create the vision for the event’s look and feel, that spans across all print collateral, web promotions, and event environment.

SOLUTION: 

With a new theme each year we are tasked with unfolding the experience of attending the event from initial outreach to final installations. We rely on our concept first approach and hands-on touches to deliver a unique experience each year. Since we began (in 2013) brand awareness for the event and fundraiser have increased dramatically each year. 

DELiVERABLES:

Print & Digital: Event logo, pre and post ads, sponsorship packet, save-the-date, invitation, program, email signatures, and web banners. 

Event: Installations, photo-booth, table settings, stage graphics, signage, and event experience.

A Fancy Affair

A type lock-up of the number 20 was created for a look that was impactful yet understated. The palette of black, white and silver was chosen to highlight the design.

The invitation included black foil printed on black ink, silver metallic, and a special origami fold.

The Roast 2014

Fat Tuesday

A festive and classic design for Mardi Gras. 

Gold metallic and jewel tones popped on a smooth natural stock to create a festive and sophisticated theme.

A spirited affair with Hacks vs. Flacks in a good old-fashioned roasting. Clean typography, trading cards, and little details set the tone for the event held on President’s day.
